My Invoices

What This Page Is For

Under Organization Billing, the My Invoices tab is where you see all invoices tied to your account. Whether you’re a school paying for subscriptions or a creator with platform charges, this is the place to view your invoice history, see what’s paid or due, and open or download each invoice.

You’ll see the same three tabs as elsewhere in Billing: Dashboard, My Invoices (here), and Payment Settings.

When You Have No Invoices Yet

If there’s nothing to show, you’ll see:

  • A short Invoices header with the line “View your invoice history.”
  • A Refresh button (with a circular arrow) to reload the list.
  • An empty state: “No Invoices Yet” and a short message that your invoices will appear here each month based on SprintUp Education monthly payment subscriptions.

So at the start, an empty list is normal. Once you have subscriptions or platform charges that generate invoices, they’ll show up here.

When You Have Invoices

Once invoices exist, the page shows:

  • Header — Same “Invoices” title and “View your invoice history,” plus Refresh.
  • Paid count — If any invoices are paid, a green badge like “X paid invoice(s)” appears so you can see progress at a glance.
  • Invoice History — A card titled Invoice History with a line such as “X invoice(s) in total • Y paid” and when the list was last Updated.

The Invoice List

Each row is one invoice. You’ll see:

  • Description — Usually the first line item (e.g. subscription or product name), or “Invoice #” plus the invoice number.
  • Status — Paid, Unpaid, Draft, or Void so you know whether it’s settled or still open.
  • Scope — Platform (SprintUp platform charges) or Connected (creator/product billing), so you can tell where the charge comes from.
  • Date — When the invoice was created.
  • Invoice number — For reference and support.
  • Amount — For paid invoices: amount paid; for others: amount due, with Paid or Due and the currency.
  • Actions — View (opens the invoice in a new tab) and Download PDF (when available) so you can pay or keep a copy.

Clicking a row opens the invoice detail view for that invoice.

Invoice Detail View

When you open an invoice from the list, you get a full Invoice screen with:

  • Back to Invoices — Returns you to the list.
  • Invoice number in the title.
  • PDF — Download the invoice as a PDF (when available).
  • View in Stripe — Open the invoice on the secure payment page (e.g. to pay or see the same view there).
  • Status — Paid, Unpaid, Draft, or Void.
  • Line items — What you’re charged for (e.g. subscription, product, plan).
  • Totals — Subtotal, tax (if any), and total.
  • Payment info — For paid invoices: when it was paid and reference details.

Use this view when you need the full breakdown or want to pay or download a specific invoice.

Refresh and Loading

  • Refresh — Use the Refresh button anytime to reload your invoice list. The list also reflects the last time data was updated (e.g. “Updated 01:40 PM”).
  • Loading — While data is loading, you’ll see a short “Loading invoices…” state.
  • Errors — If the list can’t load, you’ll see a message like “Unable to load invoices” and a Retry button to try again.

ℹ️

Invoices here are tied to your account. Schools see charges for their subscriptions; creators may see platform-related invoices. For creating or managing invoices as a creator (e.g. for your products), use the Dashboard and View Invoices from the teaching products section.
