Understanding Versions
Every time you save changes, a new version is created automatically. This means you can:
- See change history - What was modified and when
- Compare versions - Side-by-side difference viewing
- Revert changes - Go back to any previous version
Using Version History
- Click Version History in the editor
- Browse through past versions
- Select any version to preview it
- Click “Restore This Version” to go back
Restoring a version will replace the current activity completely. Make sure you want to lose any recent changes.
Best Practices for Versioning
- Use descriptive save notes - “Fixed answer key for question 3”
- Major changes = new version - Significant rewrites deserve their own version
- Test before saving - Preview changes thoroughly before creating new versions

The Improvement Cycle
- Use - Assign activity to students
- Observe - Watch how students interact with it
- Identify - Note what works and what doesn’t
