Activity Browser

Find and Manage Your Activities

The Activity Browser is your personal library of all created activities. Find what you need quickly and keep your materials organized.

  • Search Box - Find activities by title, description, or content
  • Filter Sidebar - Narrow down by subject, grade level, type, and more
  • Sort Options - Organize by date created, title, or recently used

Activity Cards

Each activity shows:

  • Title and brief description
  • Subject and grade level badges
  • Question count and type indicators
  • Last modified date
  • Quick action buttons

Use the search box for quick finding, and filters for browsing large collections.

Using Filters Effectively

Available Filters

  • By Subject - Math, Science, History, Language Arts, etc.
  • By Grade Level - Elementary, Middle School, High School
  • By Activity Type - Assessment, Exercise, Simulation, etc.
  • By Duration - Quick activities vs. longer lessons
  • By Difficulty - Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
  • By Custom Activity Settings - Defined activity Settings for the current organization

Filter Combinations

Create powerful searches by combining filters:

  • “All middle school science assessments”
  • “Quick math warm-ups for elementary”
  • “Advanced high school history activities”

  • Delete - Remove unused activities

Deleted activities cannot be recovered. Use it carefully.

Version History

Every activity tracks versions (only 3 last ones):

  • See when changes were made
  • Compare different versions
  • Restore previous versions if needed

The Activity Browser works on all devices:

  • Phones - Compact card view with essential info
  • Tablets - Full functionality with touch optimization
  • Desktop - Complete feature set with multi-select

Use the mobile app for quick activity lookup during class or while planning on the go.

Troubleshooting

Can’t Find an Activity?

  • Check your search terms for typos
  • Verify filter settings aren’t too restrictive
  • Look in different subject categories
  • Search by content keywords, not just title

Too Many Results?

  • Add more specific filters
  • Use the search box with unique terms
  • Sort by recently modified to see latest work

Performance Issues?

  • Large collections may load slower
  • Use filters to reduce visible items
  • Clear browser cache if experiencing slowness
