Billing Dashboard
Your Earnings at a Glance
The Organization Billing area is where you manage creator payments and school subscriptions. The Dashboard tab is your home base: it shows how much you’ve earned, how your products are doing, and a clear list of what’s live so you can act on it.
At the top you’ll see three tabs: Dashboard, My Invoices, and Payment Settings. This page is about the Dashboard view.
The Three Key Numbers
Right under the tabs, three cards give you the big picture:
| Card | What it shows | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Total Earnings | All-time earnings from your products. | Your overall success since you started. |
| Monthly Revenue | Revenue for the current month. | Whether this month is on track. |
| Active Products | Number of products that are live and available. | How many offerings are earning for you right now. |
When you’re just starting, these can show $0.00 and 0—that’s normal. As schools subscribe and pay, the numbers update so you always see the latest.
Revenue Trend
Below the three cards, the Revenue Trend chart shows your earnings over the last 6 months. It’s a simple line: each point is one month’s revenue.
- When you have data — You’ll see the line move month by month. Hover a point to see the exact amount. Use it to spot growth or quieter periods.
- When you don’t yet — The chart shows “No revenue data available.” Once invoices are paid and revenue is recorded, the trend will appear here.
So this section answers: How is my revenue changing over time?
Your Teaching Products
This block is where you manage and track your products.
What You’ll See
- Search — A “Search products…” field to quickly find a product by name or content. Results update as you type.
- View Invoices — Opens the invoice list so you can see and manage all billing documents in one place.
- Create Product — Takes you to create a new product. Use it when you’re ready to publish another offering.
When You Have Products
Each product appears as a row with:
- Title and short description
- Plan names (e.g. pricing plan badges) and how many schools are subscribed
- All-time earnings for that product
- A View button to open the product’s billing details (subscriptions, invoices, and more)
You can click View to drill into a single product and see the full story behind its numbers.
When You Don’t Have Any Yet
You’ll see an empty state: “No products found” and a button “Create your first product.” Use that to go to product creation. Once products are published and schools subscribe, they’ll show up here and in your metrics.
Pagination
If you have more than one page of products, Previous / Next and page numbers appear under the list (e.g. “Showing 10 of 24 products”). Use them to move through your product list.
Keeping the Dashboard Fresh
At the bottom of the Dashboard you’ll see Refresh Dashboard. Next to it, the time of the last update is shown (e.g. “Updated 01:40 PM”).
- The dashboard auto-refreshes every couple of minutes while you’re on it, so numbers stay current.
- You can also click Refresh Dashboard anytime to pull the latest data immediately (e.g. after a sale or a new subscription).
If the app can’t load live data, it may show a message that you’re seeing cached data and when it was last updated—along with a Retry option to try loading again.
Quick Recap
| Area | What it does |
|---|---|
| Three cards | Total Earnings, Monthly Revenue, Active Products—your main KPIs. |
| Revenue Trend | Last 6 months of earnings in a line chart (or “No revenue data available” at the start). |
| Your Teaching Products | Search, View Invoices, Create Product, and a list (or empty state) of your products with View and earnings. |
| Refresh | Last updated time and a manual refresh so you always see the latest. |
The Dashboard is for creators: it shows your products and your earnings. Schools use My Invoices to see and pay their bills. Set up Payment Settings once so your payouts can reach your bank.
