Call Management
The Call Management section allows school administrators to schedule, monitor, and manage virtual classroom calls.
Accessing Call Management
Navigate to the Call Management section from the left sidebar. At the top you’ll find three summary cards:
- Upcoming Calls — calls scheduled for the future
- Active Calls — calls currently ongoing
- Total Calls — total number of calls created all time
Below the cards, the All Calls panel lists all your scheduled and past calls.
Only School Administrators can create and manage calls.
Creating a New Call
- Click the ”+ Create New Call” button in the top right
- Fill in the form:
- Room Name (required) — a descriptive name for the call (e.g., “Math Classroom Chapter 5”)
- Start Date & Time (required) — the scheduled date and time for the call
- Duration — the expected duration in minutes (default: 60)
- Classroom — the class this call is associated with (e.g., “Grade 5A”)
- Course — the course this call is linked to
- Click “Create Call” to confirm
Make sure the classroom and course you want to link the call to are already created before scheduling the call.
