School Products
Products are packaged learning solutions that bundle one or more courses into a single offering. Schools use products to organize and distribute content to students — either by creating their own or by purchasing them through the marketplace.
The Products List
Navigate to Content Management → School Products from the left sidebar to manage your school’s products.
Each product row shows its name, description, and available actions. You can search products and control pagination using the controls at the bottom of the table.
Adding a Product
Click + Add Product to open the product creation wizard. This is a 3-step process — you can navigate back to previous steps using the Back button at any time.
Step 1 — Basic Information
Enter the core details that define your product:
- Product Name (required) — a clear, marketable title (e.g., “English Grade 4”)
- Description — a summary of what the product offers
- Primary Color — choose a primary brand color using the color picker or by entering a hex code (e.g.,
#1147e8) - Secondary Color — choose a secondary color; together they form a gradient displayed on the product card preview
- Preview on product card — a live preview of how the gradient banner will appear on the product card
- Enable Join Class — when checked, students who purchase this product can join a class associated with it
- Public Marketplace Listing — toggle on to publish this product to the Products Marketplace, making it discoverable and purchasable by other schools
Click Continue to proceed.
Step 2 — Link Courses
Select the courses to include in this product:
- Use the Courses dropdown to select one or more courses from your school’s course list
- Selected courses appear as tags below the dropdown, each showing the course name and its duration (e.g.,
Course 1 3h ×) - A summary at the bottom shows the total number of selected courses and their combined duration (e.g., Selected: 1 courses, Total Duration: 3 hours)
- Remove a course by clicking the × on its tag
Note: Only courses that exist in your Courses list will appear in the dropdown. Make sure courses are created before setting up a product.
Click Continue to proceed or Back to return to Step 1.
Step 3 — Pricing Plans
Configure how schools or students can purchase this product. You can add multiple pricing plans to offer flexible options.
Each plan requires a Plan Type, and the fields vary depending on the type selected:
One-Time
- Price — a single flat charge for permanent access
Monthly
- Monthly Price — the recurring amount charged each month
- Duration (Months) — the total subscription length
- Initial Fee — an optional upfront charge applied at the time of purchase
Use + Add Pricing Plan to add additional plans (e.g., offer both a one-time and a monthly option side by side). Each plan can be removed individually using the red delete icon.
Click Add Product to finalize and save, Back to return to Step 2, or Cancel to discard.
Product Actions
Click Actions on any product row to access:
Edit
Opens the product editor where you can update any of the details configured during creation — basic information, linked courses, and pricing plans.
Delete
Permanently removes the product from your school. This action cannot be undone.
Tip: If a product is listed on the public marketplace, deleting it will also remove its marketplace listing. Make sure to notify any schools that may have purchased it before proceeding.
