Bookings

The Bookings section lets school administrators schedule meetings directly with their SprintUp salesperson or account manager. Use it to book onboarding calls, product demos, support sessions, or any other meeting you need.

Navigate to System → Bookings to access it. The page opens on your personal booking dashboard and has two tabs: My Meetings and Book New Meeting.


My Meetings

The My Meetings tab is your meeting overview. It opens by default when you visit Bookings.

Summary Cards

Three cards at the top give you a quick count of your meetings:

Your Meetings List

Below the summary cards, your meetings are organized into three filtered views:

  • Upcoming — meetings scheduled from today forward
  • Past — meetings that have already occurred
  • All — every meeting regardless of status

Each meeting entry shows the date, time, duration, and meeting details. If no meetings exist for the selected filter, you’ll see a “No meetings found” message.

Use Back to admin dashboard (top-right) to return to the main School Administration dashboard at any time.


Booking a New Meeting

Click the Book New Meeting tab to open the scheduling interface. Booking a meeting is a two-step process.

Step 1 — Choose a Time

The booking page shows the availability of your assigned SprintUp contact (e.g., “Meet with Amine Lamine”) along with their profile photo and name.

An info banner at the top shows how many slots are available for the selected day (e.g., “2 available 30-minute slots for 2/19/2026”). Availability refreshes automatically every 30 seconds so you always see up-to-date slots.

Configure your meeting preferences on the right:

  • Meeting location — displayed as Virtual (meetings are held online)
  • How long do you need? — select a duration: 15 mins, 30 mins, or 60 mins
  • Your timezone — pre-filled with your local timezone (e.g., Africa/Tunis); adjust if needed
  • What time works best? — once you select a date on the calendar, available time slots for that day appear here. Click a slot to select it (e.g., 15:30 or 16:30)

Use the and arrows on the calendar to navigate between months. Days with available slots are highlighted and selectable.

Once you’ve selected a date and time slot, click Schedule Meeting to proceed to Step 2.

Step 2 — Your Information

The second step shows a summary of your selected slot and asks you to confirm your details:

  • Selected slot summary — date, time, location (Virtual), and duration (e.g., Thursday, February 19, 2026 16:30 — Duration: 30 minutes (16:30 – 17:00)). Click Edit to go back and change the time.
  • Full name (required) — pre-filled with your account name
  • Your email address (required) — pre-filled with your account email

Review your details and click Confirm to finalize the booking. Use Back to return to the time selection step without losing your selection.

Once confirmed, the meeting will appear in your My Meetings list under the Upcoming tab.
